MEASURES

1. Bust circumference: according to the instructions below (a sketch of how to take measurements), measure yourself while wearing an unpadded bra and standing straight.
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts. The tape measure should be parallel to the floor. All measures of the bust should be taken without distorting the shape of the breast, not too loose but not tight, simply comfortable.

2. Band circumference: wrap the tape measure snugly around your rib cage just under the bra line. The tape measure should be tight enough but without creating tension. It should not tighten or slip on the skin. Look at yourself in the mirror to help you to keep the tape parallel to the floor.

3. Waist circumference: It is the narrowest part of the abdomen. If the waist is not well evident, hold the belly button as a reference point. The tape measure is always in line parallel to the floor.

4. Hip circumference: hip measurement includes buttocks and hips. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

5. Crotch: Let  the tape measure snugly pass from your centr front waist through the legs and reach your centre  back waist.
