1) SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1 The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter “General Conditions”) of Joirè (hereinafter “seller”), are applied to all the contracts entered by a consumer or professional person (hereinafter “customer”) with the seller, in reference to the goods and / or services sold at the seller’s online store. These conditions exclude the application of the customer’s own provisions, unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, “consumer” means any natural person who concludes a purchase contract for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his or her independent business or professional activity. “Professional” means any natural person or legal or people partnership with legal personality who (in concluding a purchase contract) acts for purposes related to his or her independent commercial or professional activity.
2) CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 The descriptions of the products in the seller’s online store constitute binding offers from the seller.
2.2 The offer can be accepted by the customer through the order form present on the web site of the seller. The customer, after entering their personal data, clicking on the confirmation button at the end of the purchase procedure, provides the legally binding acceptance of the contract offer in relation to the goods ordered. Nevertheless the offer can be validated if the customer has read and accepted the general conditions of sale only, confirming them through the appropriate box.
2.2b. Before proceeding with the confirmation of the order, the customer is expressly required to indicate, in the space provided on the purchase procedure page, any allergies to substances of any nature that may produce allergies.
2.3 All data entered will be displayed in a confirmation window, the customer may still modify them before sending the order.
2.4 The seller will subsequently send the customer the order confirmation by e-mail.
3) PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
3.1 Unless otherwise specified by the seller in the description of the product, the indicated prices are final prices inclusive of applicable taxes according to law. The additional cost of shipping and delivery will be reported, as per the online cost table, in the confirmation email.
3.2 Orders placed by countries outside the E. U. might be charged with additional costs to the customer, such as the costs of transferring money through credit institutions for commissions and currency exchanges, in addition to any fees and taxes due for customs duties.
3.3 The customer will have more payment options, as explained in the section “Terms and Conditions of Payment“.
3.4 Being only made to measure items by the customer, payment must be made in advance, as better described in the section ” Terms and Conditions of Payment “.
4) DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
4.1 The goods will be sent by express courier, exclusively with insured shipping. The order will be sent to the address specified by the customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the payment was made with PayPal, the shipment will take place at the PayPal delivery address.
4.2 If the courier returns the goods to the seller due to an inability to deliver to the customer, the costs of unsuccessful shipment will be charged to the customer.
4.3 Direct collection by the customer is not foreseen.
5) WARRANTY / REPAIRS
5.1 All products on sale are guaranteed for 24 months from the purchase order as regards manufacturing defects.
5.2 If during the term of the warranty it is necessary to repair the purchased item, the shipping costs only will be charged to the customer.
5.3 In case during the warranty period, should the purchased product present manufacturing defects, the customer must report them as soon as possible and in any case no later than eight days from the discovery of the defect, by contacting the Company at the address info@www.joire.it , providing adequate photographic documentation;
5.4 The seller reserves in any case the right to verify that the defect reported does not result from an improper use of the purchased goods with consequent exemption from any warranty obligation.
6.1) Customers wishing to make a purchase order of one or more products on www.joire.it following the choice of a style, will be visually guided in the measurement procedure. It is mandatory to provide all the required measurements, otherwise it will not be possible to proceed with the sending of the order. Upon receipt of the order, Joirè within 24 hours, will send a confirmation email with all the information to finalise the purchase order.
6.2) By sending the order form the customer declares to have understood and accepted the contents of the same, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy.
6.3) The contract is concluded when the seller receives the purchase order with relative payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total price. The customer must have verified that the data entered in the order are correct including information on the basic characteristics of the product, the measurements provided, the price, the accepted payment methods, the shipping costs and any extra customs taxes E. U. where required.
6.4) Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will process the purchase order.
7) FEATURES OF GOODS FOR SALE
7.1) Authentic Joiré products are offered for sale exclusively on www.joire.it.
7.2) Joiré does not sell stock products. Each garment purchased on www.joire.it is expressly tailored to the customer.
7.3) The client pays for the manufacturing of the style on his/her own one-off measures. The cost of any re-orders will not include the cost of the modeling.
7.4) The basic features of the products presented on www.joire.it are available in the detailed summary of each product. The images and colours of the products on sale may differ from the real ones due to internet browsers and the monitor used.
8.1) The customer who wishes to make further purchases of the same item, can do so at the reordering cost, provided that the original measurements have been confirmed by the customer!
8.2) The model created ad hoc on the measurements of the customer, will be reused for subsequent reorders.
9) CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS
9.1) Because this is an individually tailored product, with the measurements provided by the customer, changes, cancellations or returns can not be accepted.
9.2) Because this is an individually tailored product, with the measurements provided by the customer, Joirè can not accept changes to confirmed orders.
9.3) Once formally accepted, and deposit made, orders on these tailor made products cannot be cancelled without the loss of the full 50% deposit.
9.4) Because this is an individually tailored product, with the measurements provided by the customer, returns can not be accepted. The customer must be sure to provide the exact measurements and verify the details of the item before placing the order. Any doubt can be clarified in advance by writing to the contact email.
10) TIMINGS OF MANUFACTURE AND SHIPMENT
10.1) Each item is 100% Made in Italy crafted and since the product is tailor-made for the customer, it takes time to manufacture. The average modeling and packaging times are estimated in 4/5 weeks from the date of confirmation of the order and payment of the required deposit.
10.2) If the payment is made by bank transfer, the time required to manage the order will run from the date of receipt of the transfer.
10.3) The shipment will take place only upon receipt of the balance due, which will be requested when the order is ready for shipment.
11) METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
11.1) 50% of the total cost is required upon confirmation of the order, the remaining 50% must be paid before the order is shipped. Joirè will alert the customer by email as soon as the order will be ready for being shipped in order to proceed with the balance payment.
11.2) The following payment methods are accepted:
- PAYPAL (payment with e-mail request)
With the order confirmation, Joiré, will forward a summary of costs, including: cost of goods, cost of shipping, advance payment to confirm order, balance to be paid to goods ready for shipment. Joiré will send to the customer a request for Paypal payment. You do not need a Paypal account to make the payment, just the e-mail address and the credit card. This type of payment is safe, fast, very simple and absolutely free.
- WIRE TRANSFER
With the order confirmation, Joiré, along with the summary of costs that include: cost of goods, cost of shipping, advance payment to confirm order, balance to be paid to goods ready for shipment, will send the customer the Iban code on which to make the transfer.

12.2) Delivery times that are usually around 1-4 working days, are added to production times.
12.3) Customers who live outside the E. U. will be responsible for any taxes and customs duties associated with shipping to the respective countries, where required.
12.4) Upon receipt of the package, the customer must make sure that it is intact, or possibly sign with reservation.
12.5) Should the product present any type of defect, the customer for any complaints must IMMEDIATELY make it known upon receipt of the package.
13) CARE OF YOUR COORDINATES
13.1) Bra and panties, due to their delicate nature, must preferably be hand washed. For lovers of the washing machine, please do a gentle 30 degrees program with similar colors.
13.2) – Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately

14) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Joiré and all its contents (documentation, images, characters, graphics, logo) is owned by Simona Arrighetti.
It is expressly forbidden to reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify the material contained in Joiré without mentioning the source or with the prior written authorisation provided by Simona Arrighetti. Even partial reproduction of the illustrated models is forbidden, as it is the intellectual property of Simona Arrighetti.
